50-year old Ignacio is married, has six children, and lives in his own house. He has worked for three years in the municipal office in the town where he lives. He also owns a motor-cycle taxi which he rents out, and from which he gets a daily income. With regard to his taxi business, there is little competition as few people take up this line of work in the town where he lives. His contract at the municipal office has been renewed twice. The loan will be used to buy a second motor-cycle, also to be used as a taxi, and driven by his son who will rent it from him for Bs. 30 per day.
