The Group “Super 7” is made up of three women who, like many Nicaraguans, are tireless fighters in search of a better quality of life for their families, so they face up to difficult trips to their jobs. Adim is an organization dedicated to the development of women entrepreneurs and assists them by providing loans, training, business development, and autonomy. The ladies tell us that this has helped them because they have learned how to economize and grow their businesses with adequate investments. Bertha is the group’s coordinator, who bought two phone banks in 2003 and started a small business renting phones. This business has been growing and now, besides renting phones, she also sells chargers, cellular accessories, and second-hand clothing.
