Englische Projekt-Vorstellung

Leon Anin is a 41 year old man. He is a farmer who lives in Nenas Village, Fatumnasi Subdistrict, Kapan – in the South Central Region of Timor in East Nusa Tenggara Province. Leon is the leader of Nasaret A2 Group. The group consists of 10 farmers. Leon is married to Agatha Sila. They have four lovely children. They are: Arianto Anin, 17, who has dropped out of Junior High School since his parents were unable to finance his education. He often helps Leon in farming. Yusti Anin, 14, who is in the 6th Grade of Elementary School. Sardiman Anin, 8, who is in Kindergarten. Sardiman was late to enter Kindergarten as Leon couldn’t afford it. Nifron Anin, 5, is also in Kindergarten. Leon has been working as a farmer since he was young. He is happy to be a farmer. He is grateful that he has his own fertile land that can be utilized as a farm. Leon plants carrots, corns, bananas, cassavas and king grass. He always tries to do the best that he can to fulfill his family's daily needs. Leon and the group members are lucky as they don’t have to sell their agricultural products at the market since the traders will come to buy directly from them. Leon is a keen farmer and usually works at the farm from 7 am to 4 pm. His wife and his son Arianto help him to water the plants and harvest the agricultural products. Fortunately, Leon has a well at the farm so he never faces difficulty in watering his plants. Leon has dreams to renovate his house and finance his children’s education. He feels regret that he was unable to finance Arianto’s education. He does not want it happen to the rest of his children. Leon heard about TLM Cattle Fattening Program from the clergyman in the village. He is interested in joining the program so he can make his dreams come true. Together with his neighbors, they formed Nasaret A2 Group in order to get loans to buy young cattle to be fattened in twelve months. They hope that the loan will help them in improving their lives in the future.
